I requested house cleaning by email and they called me to confirm in about 3 minutes. Booking was very easy. Cleaning lady arrived on time, did a good job and was very nice and friendly. They have discounts for weekly services which works very well for me. I am very happy with Top Mop
Top Mop cleaned my house only once so far but I must say I couldn't be happier. The cleaning lady was on time, she was super friendly and nice, and she did an excellent cleaning job! They have discounts for new clients, which is a huge plus.
I've used many cleaning services in New York before but was not 100% happy with either one of them. Top Mop certainly stands out. They have great customer service and professional, friendly maids. I was not afraid to leave their maid at my apartment when I had to go to work. When I came back home in the evening my apartment was literally sparkling clean. Before my folks came to town for Christmas I needed help cleaning my really meeeeeeessy apartment. So I found Top Mop on craigslist last minute. I was very happy that they could send me a cleaning person late in the afternoon. The girl showed up on time, had all the cleaning supplies on her. Awesome! Cuz I didn't shop for those in months)) She did a great job scrubbing everything in the bathroom, she even washed the walls there.
