My car broke down out of nowhere in Austin (i’m from houston i was on a girl trip) & Top Mobile was the only mechanic shop that answered me around 9pm at night. They had a tech sent out almost immediately & the man that arrived fixed my gear shift issue very quickly and i was able to take my car all the way back to houston with no issues. he was very nice & respectful and very efficient with my issue. Was told I would have someone out within 2 hours. That was at 10:20 in the morning. I’ve called several times in attempt to get an update. Last one was around 3pm and was told someone would be here in 30 minutes. No show, no response. My last attempt to call I got an intentional pick up and hang up. It’s 5pm now and nobody has called or come to look at my vehicle.
