both my carpets and tile were cleaned and they look just like new. jacob did a fantastic job and was super friendly. he also worked on my shower stall to remove all the mineral build up, and now it looks sparkling clean again. my sofa is spotless too. i felt comfortable leaving my home in melrose while jacob worked because he’s trustworthy and professional. he’s always courteous and easy to talk to. this is the third time i’ve used their carpet cleaning services and i’m always happy with the results.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the first call to the moment the carpets were finished, the whole experience was fantastic. I recently used a carpet cleaning service to steam clean all the wall-to-wall carpets and several area rugs in my new condo. Donovan was able to fit me in with just a few days’ notice, which worked out perfectly because I scheduled the cleaning right after the movers finished unloading our furniture.
