Best grappling school in the area. My kids and I train here, and we all have had an amazing experience
Great place to train, and meet new people. Have been coming to RHBJJ since the end of 2023 after moving to Rock Hill and training at the TMA Pineville location for previous 2.5 years. Clean facilities and welcoming teammates have made it a very smooth transition.
Friendly gym, competitive rolls, and everyone is looking to help each other get better. Great for fundamentals and for advanced techniques.
Everytime I come down from Ohio to visit my family I always come here to train bjj. Very welcoming environment with great instructors as well. Will definitely always come back.
