Javaid, the specialist came the first day and gave a kind and generous service by explaining the process and placing traps/posions. He explained that I should contact him again in 3 weeks. Few weeks later, I heard some noises of mice activities and messaged him again. He immediately came for inspection, provided more traps and treated more corners of the home. I had bed bugs in my entire upstairs of my house 4 bedrooms. First spray was 75% effective. I room still had them. Top line came back and resprayed. Very professional and answered all questions I had. Highly recommended.

Useless! One year ago, rat infestation. He put 4 boxes of poison around the outside of the house that did nothing. I caught more than a dozen rats inside the house. When I told him this, he reluctantly came by and dropped off more traps. This year, another infestation. Made an appointment for him to re-bait the boxes. 3 days later, he apparently stood outside the house, texted my landline, got no answer, and left.

Only included 3 times visit. No agreement and receipt provided. And rodents problem still not solve. Not recommended for sure!
