They have the best prices in the Puyallup & Sumner areas (trust, I’ve been everywhere); they’re talented, speedy, they pay attention to what you want, make you feel welcome, & deliver better results than your inspo pic💅 I would recommend Top Line (specifically Dee Dee) any day of the week!
Honestly very dissatisfied! Went here everyone was nice but the work was rushed! I also paid 120$ !! For a fill and white toes that has nail polish on my skin!!!! The fill you can completely see underneath and they cut my nails underneath. Very disappointed and so expensive, I was too chicken to ask for a refund…
