DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Terrible customer service, Brittany would not return calls or emails or provide any detail as how they did not submit an invoice for over 18 months. When they did, they would not produce any documentation and said if we didn't pay the would take us to collections. When asked to talk with a manager or the owner, they were silent and I still haven't heard a word. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Top Line is exactly that in my book top of the line when it comes to HVAC. Our home warranty company had assigned and a different contractor. I won't mention the name, because they are worthless. However, they lied to us and never showed up. Top Line not only showed up the same day that they were called, but they also was able to go and get the needed part and was able to fix it the same day!! They do not return calls, I can barely can get through to a real person whenever I call, and it takes multiple visits to fix an issue. Just had my AC fixed in April this year and it's already broken. They told me my AC was functioning properly keeping my house at 90 during this most recent heat wave when there was a actually a leak, and told me a visit was unnecessary.
