We called Top Line for a problem we had. Two guys showed up the next day. Looked in the attic and said " Our boss will call you in a couple hours". They left after about 15 mintes. "The Boss" never called ....FIVE days later we received a bill for ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS. I would rather go without electricity than call them again.
