First, I wanna start out by saying this car lot is one of the worst places I’ve ever had to work with in my life. First off, I bought a car from them and Traded in my old car I accidentally forgot to take the plates off it They drive the old car that I traded in with my plate still on it to an auction to sell the vehicle. Top Line is a great place for someone who is looking for a first or just someone looking for a good dependable vehicle. They usually don’t do buy here pay here, but helped me out and got me on the road the same day I went to them. I spoke with Stephanie for a day or so prior to making the trip to the dealership, and she made the experience as easy and hassle free as possible. Would NOT 🚫 recommend this dealership I bought a truck the first week of March 2024 .I still don't have a title and dealers tags are expired said he put a new trans in and the trans went out a month after I got it told me another company put it in then said he did .So they are not trustworthy in my book 👎
I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie yesterday. I was really in need of a new car and they got me put in one super quick and super easy. She was able to find me the best deal possible, so I even saved a little extra money. She definitely goes above and Beyond for you. And she’s literally the nicest person ever.
