I got in an accident mid 2016. The tow guys from this shop came and got my car and took it to their shop. Had it sitting there waiting for who knows what. When they finally get to me, they ask my insurance only to find out I’ll be paying out of pocket. Then charges me about 11k for a right fender and door which I found both FROM THE DEALER FOR 3k for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee worth 20k. I had such a great experience with this place. I got my car back in no time and they were very transparent with me in terms of pricing and what they were going to do with the car and damages. I appreciated that so much as a newer driver and first mishap with the car that I'm leasing. I dropped my car on a Monday morning and got it back that Wednesday after work.
