Stay clear of the guy. He makes appointments and doesn't keep them. We had two appointments and he was a no show.
Manny and his team were wonderful! Manny responded very quickly to every question I had and worked with me on each detail throughout our projects. His team was professional, friendly and always on time. The prices were very reasonable as well. We had our deck refinished and it looks absolutely beautiful. Manny and his team at Top Level Carpentry are top notch! Super reliable,dependable and professional!! We recently moved in and had a major deck safety issue identified by our home inspection. They rebuilt the stairs and fixed a footing issue . Top Level finished the job on time and per the estimate with a great crew who minimized any impact to us!
