First off, Devan is great at cutting hair. Does a fantastic job. Sadly the only reason i give 2 stars and haven't returned is because my appointment never starts when i schedule it. The last 2 times I've went to her, i sat waiting for 45+ minutes before even getting to the chair. Once at the chair, i felt like she was rushing to get to the next client (maybe overbooking?). First of all, I don’t believe I’ve ever left a negative review for anything but I felt that this needed to be shared. I run 3 businesses and have 4 small children who are always with me. That being said, this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a salon. I scheduled an appointment with Devon weeks ahead of time through the website.
