I called ahead to get pricing and they instead called me saying they were on the way and could not tell me pricing until they get here. I understood somewhat, but was still hoping a reputable company could give me a rough estimate for unlocking my trunk. They could not, instead I had someone on the other end of the phone line yelling at me that they were on the way and I will just have to pay when they get here. I called and they didn’t give me a price before coming out then told me my two option the first didn’t work they then had to drill a hole in the back of my car which I understand needed to be done but the whole process took no more than 10 minutes and I was charged 300$ I feel like I was robbed I ask if he could work with me on the price but couldn’t I just feel these prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend….
