I don't really understand how this firm could honestly obtain such high ratings. On the basis of these ratings, I called to set up an appointment to have my leaky boiler repaired. Without seeing the boiler or hearing details about the leak, the person on the phone told me my boiler was ``garbage'' and that a new boiler was needed.
