Your salesman Joe came to my house on 5-9-24. He did take some pictures on the roof and looked in my craw space. He was inside of my house for roughly 6 hours. He told me if I guessed the price of the job he would take me to dinner but only McDonalds because he did not have much money. I was taken advantage of I wrote the check for 1,500 dollars and he left. I had Until no later than 5-14 to cancel my bid. I went through TOP to have my roof done. Not only was I well educated to make the best decision for my home but I was considered throughout the whole process. I feel great knowing my roof will last well and my home is safe.

There were certain things we thought were included as part of the project but were not, so I would encourage others to ask very specific questions and get your answers in writing. We had top do our roof a year ago we are finding all kinds of things they skipped or did wrong. I am not in construction but I have family who are in construction. We had a complete tear off now we are finding out they didn't do a tear off they patched some boards in and didn't do it to code so if you want to see what crappy word they do come on over
