Normally, I don't write reviews. Although I had my doubts at first, I'm pleased with Top Home building. Han, the sales representative, was very helpful and transparent in determining exactly what services my home needed. I would advise everyone to do this. Also, in addition this company has public adjuster Samuel, he was great as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THESE GUYS HAVE TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND LIE! I PURCHASED THE HOME FROM AN ELDERLY WOMEN WHO HAD CONTRACTED THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH HER AND STATE THE THE WARRANTY IS NOY TRANSFERABLE. THEY THEY DID THIS ROOF LAST YEAR AND FROM THE PHOTOS YOU CAN SEE THE SAG IN THE ROOF- THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REPLACE THE DECKING WHICH WAS DAMAGED- BUT THEY LEFT IT AND LIED ABOUT IT. A PICTURE DOES NOT LIE.

We have a huge sign outside our door stating that we have a sleeping baby and barking dog so please do not bother us. Top Home Construction read the sign, ignored it and woke up our baby just to give us a flyer. These storm chasers littered our neighborhood with pamphlets. I also find them blowing around the yard, etc.
