Worst experience with the last GP I saw. Even with all my medical records, she refused to prescribe the medication I need to live. I even had to beg for my essential medication, and she only gave me one repeat, which now forces me to see another GP again. It is extremely frustrating to deal with this level of unprofessionalism within MyHealth, especially after being charged $80 for such a draining and disappointing consultation. I will never go back.

This was my GP for a while and everything was good. I ended up moving far from here but I needed to see my Dr about something they prescribed me. I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to this DR for them to tell me when I got there I’d be charged $80 for the appointment which I have never been charged before, and if I didn’t pay it I will be marked with a DNA for my next appointment. I made an appointment and then waited 1 hour. Then the staff told me that I had not made an appointment. When I gave them a Medicare card they said yes they have my appointment but me details didn’t match. I have been going there for 10 years. I asked if I could just talk to my Doctor who I have been seeing for 10 years Dr Henly, they said no I can’t, ring back for a different appointment. English is not the language here, you need to understand Chinese to get any service
