My mother is no longer a patient of this facility since receiving an inaccurate COVID test (the incorrect result was verified by a different GP). In addition to poor testing protocols, there are several GPs at this facility who have a horrible track record with managing appointment punctuality (this problem occured on multiple occassions)
Had such a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in, and Dr Jackson was kind and easy to talk to. Definitely one of the best GP experiences I’ve had!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr Jackson. He showed me excellent care and listened attentively to my health concerns. The reception was kind and very friendly. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Top Health and I will be visiting again.
