Everyone friendly
I'm not happy with my purchase of my tilt trailer that I bought less than a year ago. I made sure not to pull it in the winter months and did not get any salt on it and the paint is so bad, It's already rusting everywhere. The paint quality is probably the worst of any trailer I've seen and we have a lot of trailers. It seems like the quality of paint on these trailers gets worse every year from every manufacturer but this is far and away the worst.
Todd and all the other employees at Top Hat have always done a great job to help take care of me and my equipment. When I need a trailer or a truck bed worked on, I know that They will do the job right at a fair price! I would recommend anyone needing trailer service use this company.
Top hat is a quality organization with excellent products and service. Recently had a flat bed and tool box installed on my truck. The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Todd was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. An exemplary buying experience.
