Joel Joseph Perez is not a good person to work with. He charged $1000 for some repairs and promised to finish the installation of a Spark Arrestor in 4-6 weeks. After numerous calls and texts it became clear that he does not have anyone who can actually do the install, and when I asked for a refund he offered to deliver the part but not install it. don't use this company... JOEL and his sidekicks ripped me off.....had to use another company to get it properly cleaned....look at yelp reviews.....
No show!
I have no idea how they are at cleaning/inspecting chimneys because they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. They didn't even call to let me know they couldn't make it.
