I highly recommend Top Hat! I had a new chimney built along with new lining. Service was professional and friendly, and chimney looks great! Even happy with the clean up. I will be recommending Top Hat to family and friends!
Paul is as honest and fair as they come. He will do what needs to be done with excellence and proficiency and at a reasonable price. He has gone above and beyond with every job he has done for me. I would not hesitate to hire him for any masonry job.
Paul knows his stuff! He recently installed a stainless steel chimney liner and cap after thoroughly explaining the necessity of a liner, giving me options, and explaining the process step by step. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Cost was very reasonable too.
Came and cleaned the chimney however, after he left we were missing the flue handle and the flue screw was left disengaged from the damper. Also the turn-on gas key was missing. Repeated phone calls were ignored.
