Much thanks to Eric and Brandon for their inspection of our chimney and fireplace. Now we can switch to wood from gas.
Eric H and Brandon just completed the first sweep and inspection in our 1+ year old Lopi Evergreen wood burning insert. They were very professional, and both excellent communicators. It’s nice to see the quality service we received in the installation last year matched today - very happy we went with Top Hat.
I can't emphasize enough how happy my wife and I are with the installation of a new portrait style fireplace in our historic home. Top Hat spec'd the existing hearth opening, removed the older fireplace and installed the new one, running a new gas line, all beautifully. What particularly impressed me is that they moved several antique tiles on the hearth face so that the new fireplace mantel face would look contiguous and leave as much original tile visible with the new installation.
