Nice showroom! Great place to look at new stoves for you to buy anywhere else. These guys have the highest prices in the state of Wisconsin on all things stoves. Do NOT buy anything from these folks.
A very knowledgeable and professional team who can problem solve especially if you own a fireplace that was built poorly, has little insulation, and brings in a cold draft in the winter time. Love that they can schedule you annually for cleaning. Thx, Team! (Will, Victor, Chris, et al.)
I called this company because the evening I moved into my new home in DeForest I inadvertently broke the damper rod in the wood burning stove. The guys walked me through how a service call would work and then also walked me through the steps if I wanted to try fixing it myself. They even called me back for my email so they could send over an exploded parts diagram. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I’ve never even been there before. I would definitely recommend these people!
Eric and Brandon were great! They fixed both problems I had with the fan on my fireplace insert. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
