I had a technical question about a fireplace that Mark spent a good amount of time helping me with despite the fact that the unit was not one that he sells. It's this kind of customer service I value and I would highly recommend purchasing from Top Hat!
Brandon and Eric were very helpful and knowledgeable when they came to inspect our potbelly stove and chimney. They helped us understand how to improve heat generation and gave some safety tips on proper stove pipe connections. They quickly removed a restricting mesh that was covering the chimney (placed to keep bats out) that was causing smoke backdraft. Now we’re having a cozy fire! Thank you both!
Just popped in to check on electric fireplaces. Liz was the consummate salesperson. She anticipated the answers to questions I hadn't considered and waited until I was ready before suggesting a cast iron electric stove. Had been planning to check competitors in the county but changed my mind.
Eric was fantastic! He explained every single thing so well (AND made sure I understood)! He gave options with pricing and I felt no pressure in anyway :-))
