Facilities are great, inventory a little sparse. Out of .357 ammo when I went to the range. Giving 2 stars because of the grumpy old a-hole at the range. Was jacking around on his phone like a teenager, acted like I was bothering him. Customer service was completely unacceptable. Will not be back because if I'm giving you money, you should at least be polite. *FOLLOW UP: Changed the rating to 4 stars, because owner contacted me IMMEDIATELY to apologize and to ask what happened. I love Top Gun. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. As a female, I was treated respectfull whether I had knowledge about firearms or not. And also advised that Monday's is Ladies Night at a discounted price with free gun rentals. I asked a gentleman at the back desk to show me how to take apart my fireman for cleaning, he was very thorough on how to take it apart and clean it.
