Terrible customer service at front desk. Refused to stand behind product after less then 24 hours with faulty product. Looked at me like I was crazy and offending him by just showing back up to the business. I never even asked for refund I just needed replacement. Was absolutely no help. Luckily ToolPro stands behind their products.
