Needed some parts for my truck, They reached out to me and had parts in the mail to me before I could even get other people to message me. Haven’t yet installed them due to time constraints, but so far his customer service has been better than the 5+ people I’ve been in contact with.
Top Gun helped me out about a year ago to tune my truck and find a exhaust. Total turn around time was like 4 days which was awesome. The other day I inquired to him about upgrading my tune and he offered me a better option and a cheaper price. When I finally decided to order it was 2:30 in the morning. I messaged him just to tell him let’s do it not expecting a response. Got a response a minute later and received a invoice. Anyway great service highly recommend.

Awesome experience and answerd every question I’ve had
I had an awesome experience working with Top Gun. Extremely fast response and turnover times, and the best customer service I’ve seen in the automotive industry yet. From getting my tuner in the mail, I had a quality tune customized to my truck less than 24 hours later. Thanks for getting my truck running the way it should, all the way from across the United States 🤙
Charles hooked me up with the auto agent and the gdp monitor in a timely fashion. At first we had trouble getting the tunes to load on the truck and helped me figure out the little kinks. The gdp monitor was sold out and because of the Covid it was back ordered but he managed to find me one and I had it 2 days later!! So happy I finally went this rout and my truck is running better than ever.
Charlie has awesome customer service, I truly believe in purchasing threw a company it’s not all about the cheapest price, it’s about the quality of there customer service is what you buy, 100% best I’ve seen
