I was in an accident. Decided to take my car in and spoke with Drue. Within 30 minutes my car was being taken care of. They called my insurance and got the ball rolling. Then gave me a ride to Enterprise for a rental. Total professionals. Amazing people. Now I pray that I get my baby back in great shape.
I was hit in Sacramento and I took my car to another place first for an estimate. The other place wanted to use aftermarket and used parts and said it would take 9-14 days to fix, but Top Gun got BMW to match the prices quoted by the other place, custom paint matched the parts and had my car back to me in a week. They provided status updates and followed up even after I took my car home. 5 star service, amazing experience, and the customer care exceeded my expectations.
OK I'm IMPRESSED! Drue was able to buff out some nasty scratches my nearly new Midnight Metallic Blue Tesla Model 3 incurred during heavy high speed traffic on Hwy 580 at night, I thought for sure it was through to the primer or base material but it came out so nice its virtually gone except for a slight hardly noticeable depression, I couldn't even find it to take a 'after' picture except in perfect light with superclean finish! Highly recommend these folks :-)!
I’m sure my husband would put his own recommendation if he did Facebook so I will do it for him. I’ve never seen such a dedicated team wanting to make a cars appearance better than when we brought the car into the shop. Every step of the way was checked with Bob and the reasons for change were clearly discussed and approved! The owner cared as if our Firebird were his!! My husband is happier than I’ve seen him since before we dropped the car off... no amount of money could have made him so happy and proud & me too! Thank you... read more
