If you have any respect for yourself and value your reputation do not work for Top Guard. I worked at Top Guard for 2 years and got a lot of compliments from clients and from Top Guard managers and was Employee of the Month 3 times. I found another job at the shipyard that better fit my school schedule so I gave Top Guard notice and left. That is when the trouble started. They refused to pay my last 2 weeks of work claiming that I either broke their rules or did not turn in my uniforms. Both claims were false. I finally took... read more
Have a 30 day policy to request paid time off, gave me 30 days notice that the contract would expire and refused to pay me since I was transferring to new company and couldn't request time off within the prescribed time period. See yall on news 10 on your side. Hello Andy Fox
