My husband and I were looking for a rental in the area. He set me up to see the listings through his website. He said to contact him once we see one we like and he would give us more information. I reached out to him, and he was very unresponsive. I texted and called him in the evening. Jamie was hired as our listing agent on a home that held sentimental value. My husband and I are always skeptical to “realtor hype”. It seems that they all say the same thing about how good they are and fluff fluff fluff. Jamie was on time, with comps that made sense and directed us to a list price that we hoped to get and mostly hoped to move the house quickly.
