So I was stuck. I needed a set or replacement tires for my BMW 1250 GSA and couldn’t find anything from Anchorage down. These guys came to my rescue and fitted a new set of tires from their stock. It took them only 2 hours and they had advice about where I should go for coffee and cake in the meanwhile. They did a brilliant job, bolts done to torque spec, tires on the right way, correct pressure and the tire pressure sensors still work! A great user experience. Thanks team.
The crew at Top Gear are top notch! They had the specific oil and filter I needed for my BMW, as well as the same for my friend's V-Star. I enjoyed the conversation with staff and patrons, and my bike was ready in no time. Highly recommend!
Riding from S Alberta to Dawson City, I realized, ( in Grande Cache), I needed a more off road tire for the Canol rd. Made a call to Top Gear cycle, said we’d be in Grand Prairie in about an hour, but wouldn’t have any cell phone reception until then. The folks at Top Gear cycle were very accommodating. I went into the place to buy some motorcycle gear and got some really nice riding pants, I am new to the sport and when I got back to the NWT I realized the knee pads and hip protectors were not there, I called and the amazing parts lady said she would look around for it in the store. I got a text the next day and she said she found them and would snail mail them out to me !!!! talk about wonderful customer service !!!
