This is the most amazing motorcycle service, parts, supplies store ever. They have EVERYTHING. Massive warehouse of tires (25% off all tires). 1,000's in inventory. Helmets, and an entire wall of gloves. Totally service orientated. They absolutely prioritize travellers and will get you back on the road. The are all riders. They have common sense. It was a pleasure to visit and you should stop just to say hello! It is absolutely an honor to be their customer!
I cannot say enough about the service from Chase and Heather and the group here at Top Gear cycle. My buddy’s Triumph 900 Rally Pro broke down outside of Grand Cache and Chase was nice enough at the last minute to come pick up the bike and haul it back to the shop. The next day they worked so hard to get us back on the road the next day! Everyone was fantastic and super helpful, it was 100% amazing! definitely a 5+ stars. Thank you, Texas Timmy

Our family had a very disappointing experience with Top Gear Cycle in Grande Prairie. My sister's father-in-law brought his bike to the shop for a diagnosis. After inspecting the bike, they provided him with an invoice/estimate of approximately **$800** for the repairs. Based on that amount, he agreed to proceed with the work.
