I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima about 4 months ago and since purchasing the radio doesn’t work, and my rear brakes have gone out and when I went to get my oil changed they said there was literally no oil in the car. I don’t drive much just to work and home and there’s no way I could have driven the oil out of the car. I took the car up to the dealership several times within the first couple of weeks only to be told there was nothing wrong and nothing that could be do me about the squealing brakes even with video proof.
