Great coaches! Wonderful place
I was looking for something different than a lonely workout at a commercial gym, so I came to Top Fuel in 2022 with a friend who was already a member. I was hooked after the very first session. I wanted to add variety to my workout regimen so I joined Top Fuel CrossFit and nutrition program. In only 2 months time I’ve gone from a size 6 to a 4, I can tell I’m more toned, I feel stronger, I’m deadlifting, benching and squatting more. I love how anybody at any age, from 9 years old to 79 years old can incorporate CrossFit into their routine and make such a positive impact on both the mind and body. Plus, everyone at TFCF are extremely supportive!
