We came to buy flowers and ask to inflate my OWN balloon for my friend's birthday the worker refused at first, even though we explained it was our balloon and we just needed some air. Later, we came back because we didn’t have any other options. After about 10 minutes of asking and explaining, she finally agreed but only if we paid $5 just to inflate our own balloon…. I'm so sorry! This was a bad experience. When I received it yesterday, I felt that the flowers were not fresh, and there were many wrinkles on the rose petals, which felt very old. Today is the second day and the green leaves have withered. The flowers were given to my lover, and she was very dissatisfied.
I ordered the pink roses and purple tulips floral arrangement for our Anniversary. My spouse loves the arrangement as do I. It’s even better than the photo on the website. Flowers are beautifully arranged and a nice mix of fully mature and yet to open flowers. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.
