If you are a college student, stay away. Sandy will rent to you, but anytime something goes wrong or you have a question she will say “this is why I was hesitant to rent to college students” Any problems we had with the house we rented were not fixed, the add for the house said we would get access to the community pool, but soon after we signed, we did not get the pool. This company takes your money and never responds to messages sent after they take your application fee which a receipt was never given too and was written on the back of a business card only because I had to ask for one. At first they keep asking when you want to move in ,making it seem as if everything was approved. When I called Management she stated she was busy and heading out to a meeting ,that she would get back with us and we never heard back. Your company is currently trying to re-rent out the property at 104 Dunes Circle, Daytona Beach, Florida and the house has had numerous mold issues and mold damage inside the house and these preexisting mold health issues have never been disclosed to your rental tenants. The house was recently inspected by the City of Daytona Beach, Florida and received numerous code violations. All future renters of this property need to take notice.
