Seating arrangements are very bad. I brought my own chair because my previous visit sitting on bleachers all day left me with a sore back. Well, the ticket guy said I couldn't bring my chair in. I won't be coming back.

Bleachers seats are allowed and also are for sale in our proshop.

No need to have a stereo blasting while there's 9 games playing & multiple referees blowing whistles... I feel the games that were closest to the stereo was very distracted by it ...
I understand the no outside chair rule in facility that is so cramped. But they need to provide adequate seating then. Many families had to sit on the floor or stand.

We apologize for your inconvenience, if you are visiting our facility again and run into any issues please see the tournament director for assistance. They would be more than happy to assist in providing you a seat for spectating if one is not readily available.
There are not enough bleacher seating for spectators. ...and unlike most places, we weren't allowed to bring in chairs, so we wouldn't have to sit on the cold concrete floor. Since it is the parents that pay entrance fees, pay for players to participate, pay for overpriced concessions, I would think the least they could do is try to make spectators more comfortable.

Needs a bigger table/chair area for more players and spectators to sit between games and eat. You should be able to bring in your own coffee on those early morning start times:) This sport can be expensive, help us out a little:)

Jackie we went ahead and invested in eight more tables for spectators to sit and eat. These were installed in time for this weekends events. Hopefully the next time you visit you will see this has helped. Thank you again for your feedback.
Been there with our daughter for 7 seasons now. Fabulous club with just as fabulous owners. It's been amazing watching our daughter grow under their training.
