I took in two watches today to have their batteries replaced. The gentleman was professional, polite and provided quick, quality service. He even took the time to tighten the clasp on one of the watch bands that wasn’t properly closing from wear and tear while he replaced the battery.
GO TO A PLACE WITH BETTER SERVICE. I went to get my watch strap adjusted, and he charged $30 for it—ridiculous. On top of that, he couldn’t even give proper sizing advice. He miscalculated my wrist size, and when I asked for an adjustment, he just kept grumbling and demanding more money. So I told him, “Isn’t it your fault for not checking the size properly?” and out of nowhere, HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I absolutely love this place! I am very attached to my very expensive watches and need them cleaned and serviced often and my old place closed down :( Found these beautiful people online and I am very very happy I did.
