Absolutely agree with Ian! I have received the same lowball offers. My home in Norfolk appraised at $472,000 and they send me a check for $325,000. Beware of these people. Integrity is not in them. They will absolutely take advantage of people who don't know better.
This company claims “Integrity” as their top core value. They proceed to send out deceptive mailers disguised as checks and official government documents to lowball you on your property. If that’s their standard of integrity in advertising, its definitely lacking elsewhere. Stay away and work with a company that has more reputable tactics.
