I've been to many shops in the area (CM/NB) over the years for my 98 M3 but this is by far the best, most professional, honest, friendly, and reasonably priced shop I have gone to. Others sometimes seemed too busy or annoyed if I needed just a small job or an oil service and not a major repair, but not Top End. They're a friendly, very well-run shop and are happy to help you out.
Some off the best customer service I have had in my entire life. I appreciate the work here. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Top end has great mechanics. They were able to keep my 15+ year old BMW running; it has a mysterious electrical issue that i had been chasing for a few weeks and they fixed it in an afternoon. Super friendly too. Only reserving one star because i think they have a bit high prices for parts. Paid over 1500 for a new ECU, online it was 500 plus a minimal amount of installation.
