Very rude staff! I just called to inquire about student driving services and the lady on phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked what services do you offer, she instead gave me a price of $645 and continued to be very rude even though I was asking very politely. I will not be calling them again or giving them my service. Id rather spend my money on a business that shows respect, patience and professionalism.
We used Top Driver during the pandemic and didn’t have any problems doing classes online or scheduling behind the wheel classes. It was a great experience from start to finish. My son really enjoyed the instructors, especially Bill MacFarlane out off the Joliet Illinois facility. Nothing but class. Thank you.
