Why does Top Driver (and per them the State) require the evaluation ONLY on the 6th lesson if Top Driver offers 8 and 10 lesson packages? I spoke to the customer service representative at their 800 number and she kept saying, "The State requires a minimum of 6 lessons and then evaluation..." my son has a package of 10! Why must he be evaluated at just over half of the package we bought? Why not the 7th, 8th, 9th or even the 10th be eligible for evaluation and then Top Driver road test ? The classroom and driving lessons are good. Trying to sign up for the driving lessons is unfortunately like trying to get Taylor Swift concert tickets.
The first two times we used this service for our children it was FANTASTIC! They did a great job and we were able to schedule their behind-the-wheel lessons without too much trouble. Our experience most recently has been horrible. The class went fine, but scheduling the behind-the-wheel lessons has been awful. We have called, used the chat function, attempted to login to the website at the time schedules are released.
