When I needed help scheduling in-person driving lessons, @Taylor from Customer Service educated me with care and patience.
We have called over 12+ times for this "final certificate." It has been 12 days and every day we get the same "the manager isn't in office every day". She could have taken her test tomorrow as her birthday is today but no, as we're waiting on this certificate that we were told was guaranteed to take 7-10 days. It is frustrating when you wait 2+ months to book then now i'm waiting longer than I should for this certificate. It's just upsetting. Pay so much to have issues like this.
Why does Top Driver (and per them the State) require the evaluation ONLY on the 6th lesson if Top Driver offers 8 and 10 lesson packages? I spoke to the customer service representative at their 800 number and she kept saying, "The State requires a minimum of 6 lessons and then evaluation..." my son has a package of 10! Why must he be evaluated at just over half of the package we bought? Why not the 7th, 8th, 9th or even the 10th be eligible for evaluation and then Top Driver road test ?
