We found the owner of Top Drawer Finishing to be rude, arrogant, and totally incompetent. We were charged $75 per hour by Top Drawer to prepare an estimate for them to repair furniture that was damaged during a recent move. The owner stated that if he was awarded the contract to repair the furniture that the $252 he charged for the estimate would be taken off of the repair bill.
