I really like the business of top drawer I've known them for a long time good honest people particular about the products and prices are generally okay, I wish there store manageres had more social skills as far as customer service and greeting you and you stand in the store look at her face-to-face she never speaks and very blunt when she does. Very rude. I was looking for something specific and when I asked if there were items in the back, the answer was rude and a snotty tone. I was prepared to show a picture of what I was looking for and just left instead. I was actually taken by surprise with that response.
Prices are very high... a lady there was rude to me. I was admiring all the beautiful glassware and she seemed concerned with me looking.... im a welder. I dress like crap for work... maybe she assumed I would steal bc of how I looked. she followed me aroundthe store for several minutes... awkwardly. I tried to spark conversation and she just wasn't very friendly. It was very obvious she didnt want to be there and didnt appreciate me as a customer willing to buy her items, THAT WERE OVERPRICED.
Always friendly and knowledgeable. Nice variety of items to shop. Occassion sales going on.
