Rex is a dedicated professional and a genuinely good family person. I had water leak in crawlspace. He came in the middle of a Saturday interrupting his gym session which shows how much he cares for his customers. His team members Bo and Pablo are equally professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the dirt and disinfected the affected areas. I'd highly recommend them for any one with water issues. In fact, look no further!

The points that count... -- Professionalism 5 stars -- Communication 5 stars -- Timeliness 5 stars -- Cost 5 stars We had a hot water pipe leak in the crawlspace which apparently has gone on for a while. The water leak detection guy we got to find and fix the leak informed us that there was significant steam damage in the crawlspace due to the steam, and mold was growing in the underside of the floorboards due to the dampness. After our main sewer line broke and flooded under the house, Top Down arrived within a couple of hours to assess the damage and give me an estimate. The entire job was completed in under a day. Great work!

After a major, traumatic incident you need a company you can depend upon to take you through the clean-up process up to the rebuild stage. We had a hot water pipe break under our kitchen. Steam and hot water sprayed our subfloor for days, maybe more, until we discovered mold growing around the sink cabinet.
