Top Door in my opinion does great work. I've used them over the past 5 years a few times(both at home and work). Jim in the office is very personable and always kept me informed during the repair process. Top Door is quite possibly the most frustrating business I have ever worked with. On November 8, 2021 I paid, in full, for a garage door to be installed on my mother's rental property. I was told they are about 14 to 16 weeks out. No bud deal. I call back in March thinking it's weird I haven't heard anything back. No answer or anything. I call back in May and I am told the guy they sent out to measure the door did it wrong so they got the new door in. Frustrating but okay. I am now told another 6 weeks I call dozens of times... read more
