The staff was pretty nice but when i went to pick my dog up, he was shaved down all the way to the skin with very little fur left when there was nothing wrong with it. All we wanted was a trim and they ended up shaving him. I asked for a teddy bear cut but they said they couldn't do it because his face was a little matted. I understood but they shaved him completely down ears and all expect for a little fluffy tail. We ended up paying a lot when we weren't even satisfied with what they did. Today was my dogs first visit. He had a bath with spa package. The people were nice and friendly and my dog smells so good. I love the cute little bandana they put on him to. Thanks...I will be bringing him back again!
When I apprehensivley took my 4 mo old shih tzu in the staff easily calmed my fears and make sure she is in and out for me. They no doubt will become apart of team Bailey!
This morning from 10:05 to 10:40 I called several times to make sure y'all were open and never got an answer. After checking the website, Facebook, and voicemail I verified that y'all opened at 10am on Saturdays so I decided to drive down anyways with my fur baby assuming maybe y'all were busy. Well, sign on the door said 10-7 on Saturdays, but no one was there. I definitely understand things happen.. But maybe a sign on the door, an update on fb, or maybe vmail. .
I took our almost one year old Shorkie in today for her very first groom ever. It was busy and took a little while longer since it was Saturday but she looks and smells amazing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say!! Shauna is great! We will definitely be taking her, and our two other dogs again.
