Completely horrible experience with this clinic. They had multiple documents prior to the appointment that stated they were optional, but forced me to sign them anyway, they were very judgemental (nursing staff and doctor) and seemingly only trying to get information out of me to document, but not to actually speak with or help me as a person or client/patient. If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would. Do yourself a favor do NOT go here. This place is a complete failure when it comes to real, compassionate patient care. While the front desk staff is polite and professional, the medical team is a different story especially Nurse Practitioner Rachel and Dr. Karen (if that’s even her name). I first met Dr. Dourron and staff in 2015. I just love Dr. Dourron, he is so professional and personable. I’ve met with many Doctor’s over the years and they’ve all been the very best. Jackie is always so patient with me when scheduling and I’m so appreciative for that. Today my appointment was the best ever. I can’t believe the best customer service is coming from a Dr.‘s office!
