I am very happy with the services provided (roof cleaning with moss removal and exterior house, window, and gutters wash). Riley and his partner did a great job, paying great attention to detail, and cleaning up before they left. They also reattached some trim that had come loose on the top floor which I really appreciated. I am looking forward to having a moss free roof and a clean house for the summer, and will definitely use top dawg pressure wash again in the future!
Pictures speak for themselves. This was AFTER my driveway and patio were power washed. Mud all over my patio furniture. Where our stamped concrete driveway was left with visible circles and lines throughout the surface. Nine months later, the marks shown here are still clearly visible. Afterwards, we hired a separate driveway sealing contractor to assess the damage, and they told us they had never seen a stamped concrete driveway left in this condition after pressure washing. Riley was an absolute delight to work with. I’m not complaining about the service. However, I was quoted a price that is supposed to be the minimum for a small sized home. Riley let me know that half my home had a filter protector, sent me a photo and informed me that it did not need his service. Perhaps I was wrong, for I immediately thought that there would be some sort of discount and therefore Riley‘s tip could be even far greater than what I had anticipated. Sadly, there was no price difference.
We had a great experience with Top Dawg. They were professional, on time, and did an excellent job cleaning our driveway and retaining wall. The difference before and after was impressive. Everything looks fresh and well cared for. They paid attention to detail and worked efficiently. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality power washing services!
Riley and Duncan did an amazing job cleaning our roof, gutters, glass patio covers, and later cleaned up debris which was substantial. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again with my annual house maintenance and will be recommending them to everyone I know that requires their services. Thanks again Riley!
