I had 2 widow makers in a tree that my daughter is getting married under in two weeks. Top cut showed up when they said they would, cut out the problem and cleaned up after themselves - even the street. You can not tell that they were even here. [EDIT 3 years later] I had them back to remove a problematic fir. 85 feet tall, 3 main trunks, and in the corner of my yard where fences from 4 properties met.
