they never rake anything up. just blow leaves around and mostly at cars. have been promised several times they will clean up with raking but never do.
I live in #oakseast and the hoa pays for yard care. #topcutlawnservice is in breach of our agreement. They are supposed cut the lawn and remove leaves from yards every 2 weeks. Ive lived here 9 months and they blow the leaves into the plant beds alongside my house. They have never cleaned this area. Ive also had to rake my entire yard over 10 times.
