they never rake anything up. just blow leaves around and mostly at cars. have been promised several times they will clean up with raking but never do.
I live in #oakseast and the hoa pays for yard care. #topcutlawnservice is in breach of our agreement. They are supposed cut the lawn and remove leaves from yards every 2 weeks. Ive lived here 9 months and they blow the leaves into the plant beds alongside my house. They have never cleaned this area. Ive also had to rake my entire yard over 10 times.
RecommendedGreat work place for the employees and they def care about each and everyone one of the home owners of the HOA communities properties that they take care of, no matter if it’s the 1st house or the 100th house of the day, on a day to day basis
