This issue was first reported back in 2021. I have called for service repair many times but it was not serviced until this Oct 20 of last year. I am filing a complaint because the problem was not completely repaired and there was still an underlying or deeper issues that was not thoroughly checked. I notified them about this while paying more than a $1000 for the repair. Finally, they sent someone to have it checked or diagnosed.
