I walked in at 6:42 PM needing a quick trim of my ends that would take about 5 minutes. The “open” sign was still on and flashing and the hours posted on the door was 9-7. I was told that they stop taking clients at 6:40. There were no other clients in the salon at the time. Very poor customer service. If you stop seeing clients at 6:40 then perhaps you need to state that on your website and turn off your “open” sign.
