I moved to Coweta 10 years ago. Top Cuts is 5 miles from my house every haircut I've ever had from there was very good. They've had their share of turnover but all stylist were very capable. Staff has always been friendly.
My son and I love topcut. We recommend Jen because she does a good job and she is easy to talk to.
Someone up there Butchered my sons hair yesterday!!! He is so embarrassed!!! School starts Thursday and the only way to fix it is to shave his head!!!!
